Founded in 2012 by William Rodwell, Southern Choice Properties, LLC was built on the belief that quality housing should be both affordable and accessible. Our mission is to provide spacious, well-maintained homes that allow individuals and families to enjoy more living space while spending less. Through integrity, reliable service, and responsible property management, we strive to strengthen the communities we serve and create housing opportunities that improve everyday living. We are also committed to helping our clients move beyond being a lessor to becoming homeowners, empowering them to build stability, equity, and a stronger future for themselves and their families.
